Discrete pieces of strategic work with clear boundaries and deliverables. This includes program design, initiative reviews, stakeholder engagement strategies, and project management of complex collaborative processes.

Collective Capacity Building

Supporting networks, cohorts, and groups of initiatives to learn together, share strategies, and amplify their collective impact. Rather than leaving organisations to figure things out in isolation, I design and facilitate spaces for peer learning, strategic alignment, and collaborative problem-solving across your network.

  • Retainer arrangement

    Best when: You want reliable access to systems change expertise without a full-time commitment, or you're managing ongoing initiatives with unpredictable strategic needs.

  • Embedded support

    What it involves: Working as part of your team 1-2 days per week, either physically or virtually, for extended periods (typically 3-12 months).
